No Wine Day
Jan. 30
The cold morning continues.
This morning, I saw the morning glow from the window of my room.

It was beautiful.
Today, I baked lasagna, which is my specialty.
The appetizer is salmon mozzarella and strawberry salad

I prepared the tomato sauce the day before.
(2 canned tomatoes, 1 onion, 1/2 grated carrot, 200g ground meat, 100cc red wine, balsamic vinegar, ketchup, honey, sugar)

For white sauce, add plenty of butter and fresh cream.

Repeat the layers of tomato sauce, white sauce, cheese, and lasagna.

Bake lasagna in 4 layers in the oven at 210 degrees for 15 minutes.

The boiling time for lasagna is about 3 minutes, and the key is not to overcook it.
The lasagna in the oven absorbs excess moisture, and the tightly packed lasagna is baked.

The lasagna also has just the right amount of moisture and the flavor of the sauce, giving it a chewy texture like fresh pasta.

Today’s Wine

Estezargues Bio Cote du Rhone Rouge 2022 1,850 yen
It is a bio wine made from old vine’s Grenache, Syrah, and Cinsault grown without pesticides.
It is fermented using wild yeast and without adding sulfurous.
The balance between the sweet and concentrated fruits flavor and the gentle flavor unique to bio wine is exquisite.
It was perfect for today’s lasagna.
