Kiritanpo hot pot, delicious!

Nov. 16

It’s a very fine weather Sunday!

Today’s dinner was Kiritanpo hot pot.

From the morning, I boil down two chicken bones and make a broth.

It takes 6 hours to put on the fire. The rich and cloudy chicken soup was removed.

It was the first time Kiritanpo hot pot in this season.

I forgot to buy burdock and went to the supermarket again.

Today’s Wine

Oriol Rossell Cuvee Especial NV 1,500 yen

Choosing the wine that goes well with soy sauce-based Kiritanpo hot pot is always a source of trouble.

It should go well with Bordeaux’s Chateau Latour, which has a soy sauce-like nuance, but unfortunately, I don’t have it in my cellar.

I chose a sparkling wine in a safe place.

Oriol Rossell is really delicious no matter when you drink it.

The fine bubbles went well with the rich broth of Kiritanpo.
