I felt clear and pure fruits flavor, beautifully stretched acidity, just the right amount of flesh and clean minerality.
This Languedoc’s Sauvignon Blanc has an extremely cool and smooth mouthfeel.
It went surprisingly well with today’s seafood dishes.
