This Languedoc’s Cabernet Sauvignon is my ordinary house wine, but it’s perfect for today’s Angus beef.
The ripeness of the 2020 vintage and the fruits flavor that still lingers are just right.
Steak and Cabernet Sauvignon are kind of sticky, but they are really delicious.
Speaking of which, at yesterday’s seminar in Fukushima, the most popular among new employees was Cabernet Sauvignon.
After all, Cabernet is a good grape.
