In the morning, I mowed the grass in the garden.

Sauteed Canadian Pork and Apples
There was pumpkin left in the refrigerator, so I grilled it and topped it with a salad, and it was really delicious.
It looks like it will become a standard salad from now on.

Marquis de Beau Rond Merlot 2023 1,080 yen
Marquis de Beau Rond’s Merlot, which tends to be hidden behind Cabernet Sauvignon, is delicious.
It has a rich fruits flavor and moderate acidity, with a smooth texture.
Compared to Cabernet, the tannins are rounded and you can clearly see that it has a gentle mouthfeel.
It was perfect for sauteed pork.
