We had a small wine party at “Sushiya no Goto” in Roppongi.
It’s been a long time since I’ve had a glass of wine with Mr. Hitomi in The Cellar.
Every time we meet, I say, “Let’s drink next time. I kept saying that, and before I knew it, it had been about 5 years.
We matched the wine we brought with us to Mr. Goto’s sushi-course, and it was a wonderful marriage that I couldn’t believe there was no prior meeting.
In particular, Nagano wine paired with sweetfish, “Le Milieu Ryugan Orange” and “Aqua Terra Sol Rose” went perfectly together.
I bought Chateau Mercian Petit Verde Cuvee Tanzawa at the winery shop a long time ago. The wonderful aging of 2013 was fascinating to all the participants.
Well, drinking delicious wine with delicious sushi is a really happy thing.
It seems that there were rumors of discord in some parts of Hitomi-san and I, but I would like to take this opportunity to report that this is not the case. ; >
It was a truly wonderful time.
Let’s drink again!
