No Wine Day
Apr. 29
Once a month, I went to the depot of the Seikatsu Club Co-op to go shopping.
There was a staff member who has been reading this diary for a long time, Ms. Muto.
Ms. Muto is currently promoting Japan wine, and in September last year, she went to Hokkaido to participate in the Yoichi wine event La fete.
Thank you, Ms. Muto, for your continued support!
Today’s dinner was Temaki-Sushi.
Daimao who can’t have dinner at the doctor’s stop.
Temaki-Sushi alone is lonely, but Temaki-Sushi is still delicious.
Miyagi Hon-Maguro Chutoro, Chiba Katsuo, Mie Kurodai, Nagasaki Hiramasa, Mie Aji, Toyama Firefly-squid, tuna mayo, cucumber
Today’s fish was all raw wild ones.
Wine of the Day
Hamada Vineyard Chardonnay 2020 6,000 yen
After talking with Ms. Muto at the Seikatsu Club, I wanted to drink the best wine from Japan, so I opened a Chardonnay from Hokkaido.
It’s been five years since the harvest, but the fruits is still fresh and welling up.
I felt thick body, firm acid, rich minerality.
I feel like the real drinking time is still a long way off.
Of course, It was very delicious today.
Temaki-Sushi with good fishes and fine Japan wine. It’s awesome!
