Madai was simply sprinkled with salt and grilled on the grill.
This was very delicious.

It is a craft-based Cava.
The moving bottle work is still done by hand by craftsmen.
The degorgement (cork stopping) is done after receiving my order.
The fineness of the texture of the foam deserves special mention.
