Apr. 18
It was necessary to re-inspect the condition of the label of a certain wine, so Mr. Abe of Yokohama Relax and I inspected the product at the warehouse.
The only two persons open all 500 cases (6,000 bottles) of wine, check the condition of the labels, seal them, and reassemble them on another pallet.
It’s a lot of hard work, and we have to get it done during the warehouse’s business hours.
The glue on the carton was harder than I imagined, and it took a lot of time to open it.
We worked for 5 hours straight and managed to make it on time.
There were 12 defective products out of 6,000, with an incidence rate of 0.2%.
I have back pain, so on the way to the warehouse, I bought an “Assist Power Suit 9,800 yen” at Workman and put it on to work.
This was excellent. It was so easy. I recommend it.
Today is a No Wine Day.
