Feb. 26
In the unseasonably sunny weather, I went to Jindaiji Temple to pay my respects.
This is the first time this year that I have been to Jindaiji.
The plum blossoms are in full bloom.
The famous Dharma market will be held next week, so the precincts seemed to be busy preparing for it.
In the evening, we have some business meeting dinner at Sato in Shin-Yurigaoka.
Sashimi
Hokke
The sushi was outstanding.
Come to think of it, it was the first time this year that I had proper nigiri-sushi.
The wines I brought in were Chase the Grape Albarino 2023 and Hamada Vineyard Chardonnay 2020.
Both were excellent wines!
By the way, there is another one tonight.
We stopped at a local wine bar and tasted a glass of California Pinot Noir.
Wine tasting in a proper wine glass seems to be a bit different after all.
It was a busy day.
Thank you.
