Broken down in quick succession

Jan. 12

Since the end of the year, the kitchen faucet, the washing machine, and the living room air conditioner have broken down in quick succession.

The faucet was replaced, the washing machine was repaired, and the air conditioner was replaced with a new model today.

When I told them about this, they all said, “It’s the same for us, and when it breaks, it comes all at once.”

I wonder why?

Today’s dinner is Yakiniku.

It is a thin slice of red meat from Hokkaido.

I had grated apples with red wine, mirin, soy sauce, and yuzu dipping sauce.

It was delicious.

1st Baron de Beau Rond Blanc 2020 1,050 yen

It is an original Relax Wine from Languedoc.

It is a white wine made from Grenache Blanc and Marssane.

I felt thick and rich fruits taste, rounded acid and pleasant minerality.

It’s delicious as always.

Unfortunately, it has become difficult to obtain Marsanne locally at this price and has been discontinued.

This was the last one.

It’s a pity.

For the second bottle, I drank the Marquis de Beau Rond Cabernet Sauvignon that I had left over on the way yesterday. It was perfect for yakiniku.
