I’m getting tired of listening to Christmas songs.
It’s almost Christmas.
When I used to work at a wine shop, I was very busy every day, and I didn’t get tired of listening to Christmas songs, so I used to shake my hair and work.
Today’s Dish

1st Cescon Ribolla Gialla NV 1,200 yen
Yes, I drank again 100% Ribolla Gialla white wine with damaged cap seal.
I felt refreshing fruits taste, pleasant acid and minerality.
White wine from northern Italy is delicious.
In addition, we have additionally taken stock of damaged labels, so I will be drinking this repeatedly during the year-end and New Year holidays.
I don’t hate it at all.

When I want to drink red wine, the big influence on deciding what to open is whether it is a screw cap or not. I’m too lazy to pull out the cork with a sommelier knife now.
How many corks have I pulled out?
I’m tired of it.

This is also my house wine. Delicious.
