Invited by the chill in the morning, I decided to make a Kiritampo-Nabe for dinner today.
In the morning, the chicken stock and chicken skin are simmered and the soup is taken.
The burdock sash is a bit of a hassle, but the Kiritampo-Nabe is delicious.
I also had raw oysters.

Marquis de Beau Rond Chardonnay 2021 1,080 yen
The current vintage of the Marquis de Beau Rond Chardonnay is 2023, but there were a few bottles of the 2021 vintage left in the warehouse.
So, I drank it, and it was surprisingly delicious.
I felt plump and thick fruitiness, nicely stretched acid, pleasant minerality.
There is plenty of elegance like drinking expensive wine.
This is showing a beautiful ripening, it’s wonderful. Marquis de Beau Rond, Great!
This plump flavor was also perfect for a soy sauce and mirin-based Kiritambo-Nabe.
