The weather in Tokyo continues to be clear.
It helps that the laundry dries quickly.
Today’s dinner is Yakiniku.
My house yakiniku is decided to be thinly sliced domestic beef.
I had it with homemade sauce with plenty of grated apples.

Chase the Grape Albarino 2023 5,000 yen
Chase the Grape’s fifth vintage is 100% Albarino harvested in Sagae City, Yamagata Prefecture, and produced at Cave d’Occi Winery in Niigata.
I felt rich and gorgeous fruits flavor, refreshing acidity and rich minerality. It’s like the power of grapes is at full throttle.
Although it is a white wine, I put a lot of apples in the sauce, so it went very well with yakiniku.
Personally, I think this is the best Chase the grape ever.
This is delicious.
