Today marks the end of November.
A year really goes by in a blink of an eye.
Especially this year, the summer was long, so I am confused by the shortness of the months since the cooler.

Today, I had a soup of chicken stock and chicken skin stewed in the morning.
I’m glad that there is Nabe in winter.
Wine of the Day
Turckheim Riesling 2022 2000 yen
Turckheim in Alsace is also a long-selling wine that continues to import Relax Wine for a long time.
Although the winery is a cooperative, all the viticulture farmers are located in the village of Turkheim, which is about a 5 km radius, and we are proud to be able to reflect the terroir of the land.
I’m also happy with the pure taste of sulfite acid is put the minimum necessary.
This Riesling is really elegant.
It clearly expresses dignity and good balance.
I’m sorry to say the same thing all the time, but every time I drink this, I’m always reminded of how wonderful Riesling is.
