Nov. 27
Today, the temperature exceeded 20 degrees Celsius.
The temperature difference every day is so drastic that it’s hard to know what to wear today.
Today’s Dish
Raw Oysters
Salmon, Mozzarella and Kiwi Salad
Gratin with Chicken, Shrimp, Maitake mushrooms, and Potatoes
Salmon and mozzarella go well together.
This is an arrangement of a cooking recipe that goes well with the wine I saw at my local supermarket.
Wine of the Day
ICU Wine Musashino Cross Chenin Blanc 1,500 yen
It is the International Christian University Alumni Association (ICU) original wine. The owners of a prestigious winery in Stellenbosch, South Africa, are graduates of ICU, and have been importing this wine since its launch in 2004 because of a long relationship with me.
I’ve been importing this wine for many years, but I didn’t have a chance to drink it because I had to go to university to buy it.
From this November, Yamamoto Sake Store in Mitaka has become a distributor of ICU wine, and you can buy it online.
So, I immediately bought it online.
So, I was surprised.
This Chenin Blanc is super delicious.
I felt Chenin Blanc’s unique gorgeous fruits flavor, beautifully stretched acidity, and outstanding pleasant minerality.
I also felt a pure mouthfeel without turbidity.
Oh, it’s surprisingly delicious.
This is recommended.
If you are not involved in the ICU, anyone can buy it online.
