A new blend of Languedoc wines

Nov. 16

On weekends, I cleans, does laundry, shops, and mows the lawn in the garden.

The sun went down in the blink of an eye.

It’s twilight at 4:30 p.m. and it’s pitch black at 5 p.m.

Today’s hands-on cooking.

Bonito Sashimi

Prosciutto, Chicken, Snap Peas, Cherry Tomatoes and Egg Salad

Autumn Salmon steamed in wine

Also, I got some leftovers.

Wine of the Day

Today is a tasting of a new blend of Languedoc wines.

The white is a blend of Chardonnay, Muska and Sauvignon Blanc.

The red is a blend of Merlot and Syrah.

Both are well-made wines. It’s delicious, but there’s one more thing that lacks impact.

No, considering the price, I know it’s too much a luxury.

I know, but after all, there is one more thing.
