The Olympics are over, the Obon holidays are over, and we are back to normal mode.
Today was a hectic and busy day.

Even though I was busy, I cooked a dish that took a lot of time.
1st Il Traliccio Trebiano 2023 Sample Tasting
This is a sample bottle from Emilia Romagna, Italy.
The production area is IGT Rubicone.
It’s named after the Rubicon River that Caesar had crossed.
It is a fresh taste unique to young Italy white wine.
I felt fruits flavor reminiscent of green apples with refreshing citrus acid.
I also felt pure mouthfeel with no disturbing taste.
I like this. Delicious!
The price is also reasonable.

Il Traliccio Sangiovese 2023 Sample Tasting
The red is also a sample bottle from Emilia Romagna.
It is made from 100% early-harvested Sangiovese.
I felt light fruits flavor, gentle tannins and a smooth mouthfeel.
I think you can drink this one easily.
After all, it has a pure taste that does not feel any miscellaneous taste.
I also like that it has a low alcohol content of 11%.
It is delicious even when chilled.
Il Traliccio, it’s a very good wine.
