I skipped the diary for 2nd March in mistake.
1st Domaine de Sahari Rose 2013 1230yen
This elegant rose is made from Cinsault and Grenache grown in Morocco.
The color is very slightly pink.
I think it is no problem that the winery sells this white wine.
It is very fresh crisp and elegant.
Very good!
2nd Domaine de Sahari Rouge 2013 1230yen
The red is made from Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot.
I had felt some green vegetable nuance before.
But the nuance disappeared and very elegant harmony has come up.
I like this rich fruits, dense tannin and some spicy touch.
It is a very good wine, too.
