It is an organic wine from Penedes, Spain.
It is a blend of Penedes local grape Xarel-lo and Muscat.
I felt clear fruits flavor, crystal clear acidity, and firm minerality.
I drank it cold.

The red is also an organic wine from Penedes, Spain.
It is a blend of Merlot and Syrah.
I felt gentle fruits flavor, beautiful acidity, and smooth mouthfeel.
I also drank this one with a lot of chill.
Oh, even in the middle of summer, the wine is still delicious.
