I bought wild hirame from Aomori at my local Odakyu OX.
I was surprised at how delicious it was.
1st al & dile Pinot Grigio 2019 1,650 yen
It is a white wine from Veneto, Italy.
After all, this is very tasty.
The balance between clear and pure fruit, citrus acids, and sharpened minerality is superb.
It was perfect for Hirame Sashimi and Carpaccio.
2nd Al & Dile Pinot Nero 2018 1,650 yen
It is a Pinot Noir from Veneto, Italy.
When I wanted a good Pinot Noir, I used to drink Burgundy a lot.
But Burgundy is already unbelievably expensive and unaffordable.
The wine I used to buy for about 3,000 yen is now over 10,000 yen.
It’s such a nonsense.
So, I felt a strong and stunning aroma, pure red berry fruit and beautiful acidity.
Mmmm, delicious. This is 1,650 yen, which is really reasonable.
Farewell, Burgundy!
