Jun. 30
Half of the year has already passed.
Even so, this clinging moisture.
I don’t like it.
The laundry does not dry at all.
I made Sukiyaki for dinner today.
The meat was Japanese black beef from Hokkaido.
After all, Sukiyaki is delicious.
1st Palazzi Durello Spumante NV 1,250 yen
Today’s first one was a sparkling wine.
It is made from 100% Durello, a local variety from the Veneto region of Italy.
I felt fresh aroma reminiscent of green apples, fruitiness with melon-like flavor and fine bubbles.
Clean acid is also firm.
I think it’s outstanding cost performance.
2nd Cescon Cabernet NV 1,200 yen
The red is also from Veneto, Italy.
It is made from 50% Cabernet Sauvignon and 50% Cabernet Franc.
I felt berry aroma reminiscent of blackcurrants, rich fruit and charming red acid.
This Cabernet has a light touch, a smooth and light mouth.
It went well with today’s Sukiyaki.
