I was planning to make Mediterranean-style Chirashi-sushi, but today’s material was so fresh that I wanted to eat sushi with soy sauce and wasabi.
So, I changed the dish to Seafood Chirashi-sushi.
Sprinkle seaweed and condiments on vinegared rice, top with sashimi, and you’re done.
Hon-Maguro, Hirame, Madai, Scallops, Salmon, Flying-fish
The flying-fish is caught in Sagami Bay and has excellent freshness.
The drawback is that there are many small bones when grinding, but it is still very delicious.
Today’s sushi was super-delicious!

It was perfect for today’s seafood Chirashi-sushi.
Today, I drank beer and sake before wine, so I only had one bottle of wine.
