Chicken Rice Porridge
For some reason, I wanted to eat chicken porridge, so I boiled down a chicken stock in the morning and made broth.
Porridge with proper broth is delicious.
1st Baron de Beau Rond Blanc 2020 950 yen
White wine made with Grenache Blanc and Marsanne from Languedoc.
I felt thick fruits, clean acidity, and minerality with a salty taste unique to Marsanne.
It is of outstanding quality for a wine that can be drunk for less than 1,000 yen.
It went well with sesame tofu and bonito today.
2nd Marquis de Beau Rond Cabernet Sauvignon 2022 1,050 yen
Following yesterday, I pulled out the Marquis de Beau Rond Cabernet Sauvignon.
As I wrote in yesterday’s diary, there was an inquiry from a customer about the quality, so I will do a sampling tasting today.
I didn’t think there was a big problem this time, but I pulled out 4 bottles and checked them just in case.
Yes, no problem at all. All of them were very tasty.
