I got it from a friend in Sapporo.

 

 

The first time to tie up raw sausages.

 

 

It was also my first time cooking raw sausages, but I managed to do it.

 

 

Serve with Sauteed Mushrooms, Potatoes Gratin, and Broccoli.

1st Domaine Peêch Pouille Blanc 2021 1,280 yen

It is a sustainable wine from Minervoie, southern France.

It is a blend of 90% Sauvignon Blanc and 10% Chardonnay, but it does not have any of the characteristics of the so-called variety.

I felt pure fruits flavor, delicate acidity and clear minerality.

The thick body is a style unique to Minervois.

It’s pretty amazing that you can drink this for a little over 1,000 yen. Not now, though.

 

2nd Domaine Peche Pouillet Rouge 2020 1,280 yen

Red is also a sustainable wine from Minervoie.

It is a blend of Carignan, Grenache, Syrah, Merlot and Cinsault.

I felt seamless and smooth mouthfeel.

I also felt dark fruits such as ripe figs, apricots, plums, and black cherries.

It has an alcohol content of 14% and a rich body, but the aftertaste is smooth and refreshing.

Hmmm, don’t do it, it’s one that makes you groan.
