It was a sunny Sunday.

Apr. 14

It was a sunny Sunday.

In the past, I would always go somewhere, but now I can’t do that because of nursing care.

I washed large items such as sheets, duvet covers, floor mats, and bath mats.

I was fatigued with housecleaning, bath cleaning and garden weeding.

Dinner was easy to prepare, Sukiyaki.

Wagyu black beef from Kagoshima is delicious after all!

1st Estezargues Organic Cotes du Rhone Blanc 2022  1,580 yen

It is a “Bio” wine fermented by wild yeast without sulfite.

It is bottled with non-clarified and non-filtered.

A blend of 70% Grenache Blanc, 10% Clairette, 10% Beurre Blanc and 10% Viognier.

The thick and mellow fruit flavor went very well with Sukiyaki.

I think this wine is probably the one with the highest appearance rate in my Sukiyaki.

For the second bottle, I tasted Marquis de Beau Rond Pinot Noir that I had left over yesterday and a little Japan sake.

They were delicious.
