I got a big black snapper.

Apr. 12

The sprouts of Cabernet Sauvignon in the garden have appeared.

This will be the new treetops.

What kind of fruits will it produce this year?

Today is a No Wine Day.

Apr. 13

I got a big black snapper caught in the local Sagami Bay.

The freshness is outstanding.

When I opened it’s stomach, I was surprised to see a large Harako in it.

The skin is thin, so bake it gently in a toaster oven.

The Harako was super delicious.

The meat was grated into three pieces and made into Carpaccio.

The head and bones were grilled with salt.

Very tasty!

Today’s main dish is Doria.

It’s frozen food I’ve cooked before, but it was delicious.

1st Turckheim Silverner 2020 1,650 yenA white wine brewed with 100% silverel from Alsace.

I love this.

The thick fruit flavor that is not like Silverner was impressive.

It also has a good balance of acidity and minerality.

The pure mouthfeel and pleasant aftertaste were also perfect.

It complimented today’s black snapper very well.

2nd Marquis de Beau Rond Pinot Noir 2020 1,300 yen

The red is a Pinot Noir from Languedoc.

It has a smooth mouthfeel that you wouldn’t expect from Pinot Noir from a warm region.

The acidity of the red fruits unique to Pinot Noir was impressive.

As expected, Marquis de Beau Rond, there is no mistake.
