Cold weather continues.
It seems that the flowering of the cherry blossoms has also been delayed.
Today’s dinner was Yakiniku.
Thinly sliced red beef meat from Hokkaido.
I prefer this sliced red meat than thickly cut fatty meat.
1st Marquis de Beau Rond Rose 2022 1,050 yen
The revived Marquis de Beau Rond rose wine.
This is exceptionally delicious.
I felt transparent fruit flavor, neatly stretched acid and pleasant minerality.
As before, it doesn’t sell very well, but this is an exceptionally delicious rose.
2nd al & dile Merlot 2018 1,650 yen
I wanted to drink a solid red wine to go with the grilled meat, so I chose this Merlot from Veneto.
I felt fine- dense fruit flavors, supple tannins, and a long-lasting aftertaste.
It has a firm, yet elegant and cool taste.
al & dile is delicious.
