Today’s cooking was a “Mizutaki-Nabe”.
I boiled down two chicken bones for 6 hours and took the soup.
Mizutaki-Nabe is delicious.
1st Chateau Clamens Rose 2020 1,600 yen
This rose wine is made in AOC Fronton, located near Toulouse, a city in the South-West region of France.
It is a blend of Negrette, a local grape variety grown only in this region, Syrah and Cabernet Franc.
The color is pale pink hue.
I felt red berry fruit flavor with citrus acid that stretches beautifully.
The style is really pure and natural.
It is a sustainable wine that has HVE Level 3 certification.
Today’s second bottle is sake, Ichinokura Yamatoden made in Miyagi.
A special label designed by illustrator “Misako Nakagawa”.
This is my favorite.
It is a good sake with a clean and dry taste and richness of rice nuance.
It was also perfect for the Mizutaki-Nabe today.
