鯵の刺身とスモークサーモン
カリカリベーコンのサラダ
ラザニア
ラザニア、美味しい！
もちろんトマトソースから手作りです。
1本目 パラッツィ ネロ・ダーヴォラ 2019 1,080円
イタリア・シチリア産の赤ワイン。
シチリアのネロ・ダーヴォラといえば、アルコール度数の高い濃厚フルボディタイプのワインを思い浮かべがちですが、
何度も言いますが、これはサラリとした口あたりの冷涼・エレガント系の赤ワイン。
ベリー系の果実味がいっぱいです。
前菜のスモークサーモンや、ベーコンのサラダに良く合いました。
2本目 マルキドボーラン ピノ・ノワール 2021 1,230円
フランス・ラングドック産のピノ・ノワールです。
これも南フランスのワインとは思えない冷涼系のピノ・ノワールです。
ピノ・ノワールならではの赤い果実味とキレイな酸、さらりとした口当たり。
良質なピノ・ノワールならではの、エレガントなワインです。
ワタシのラザニアはやさしい味なので、このピノ・ノワールと良く合います。
美味しい！

1st Palazzi Nero D’Avola 2019 1,080 yen
It is a red wine from Sicily, Italy.
When you think of Nero d’Avola in Sicily, you tend to think of rich, full-bodied wines with a high alcohol content.
As I have said many times, this is a cool and elegant red wine with a smooth mouthfeel.
It is full of berry-based fruit flavors.
It went well with smoked salmon as an appetizer and bacon salad.
2nd Marquis de Beau Rond Pinot Noir 2021 1,230 yen
It is a Pinot Noir from Languedoc, France.
This is also a cool Pinot Noir that does not seem to be a wine from the south of France.
It has a unique red fruit flavor, beautiful acidity, and a smooth mouthfeel.
It is an elegant wine unique to a good Pinot Noir.
My lasagna has a gentle taste, so it goes well with this Pinot Noir.
