I came home from Hakone and cooked today.
Local fish bought in Odawara, Squid and Houbou Sashimi caught in Suruga Bay.
Kiritampo-Nabe
I stewed Chiba’s Mizugo Red Chicken.
So delicious!
1st Cescon Ribolla Gialla NV 1,200 yen
It is a white wine made from local grapes from Veneto, Italy.
It has a pure taste as if you were drinking clear water.
It was perfect for today’s sashimi.
2nd Ichinokura Yamatoden Special Junmai Sake Limited Label
I drank a sake, thinking Kiritampo was good with a sake made in Tohoku.
It’s a sake from Miyagi, next to Akita, but it went well with Kiritampo.
Very good!
