Harvest the Cabernet Sauvignon

Now it’s time to harvest the Cabernet Sauvignon in my garden.

 

 

The first fruit was attacked by disease and withered a long time ago, but this year the second and third fruits have been successfully collored.

This is the slowest harvest I’ve ever had.

 

 

The third fruit is really sour, but the second fruit has a solid sugar content.

Shall I make it into juice?

 

Today’s dinner was an Izakaya Menu.

It is a standard wine in my house.

I felt rich fruit taste, clean acidity and firm minerality.

This pure mouthfeel is really delicious.

 

 

2nd Belle du Sud Pinot Noir 2022 1,078 yen

The red wine is Pinot Noir.

I felt red berry fruits, charming acidity and smooth mouthfeel.

This is what a delicious Pinot Noir tastes like.
