It seems that the second clusters of my garden Cabernet are fully ripe.
The first clusters were completely dried.
I had left the vine alone, but when I counted, there were 6 bunches of clusters.
This is real organic, isn’t it?

Pork and apples go really well together.

Mr. Kusunoki, you made orange wine from Delaware.
And this is very delicious.
I felt the sweet aroma of grapes, rich fruits flavor, and nice tannin from grape peel.
It is a fruity wine with a sweet aroma, but the taste is dry and dry.
As expected, Kusunoki Winery.
It also went very well with today’s red sea bream carpaccio.
2nd Haramo Wine Haramo Rouge 2021 1,595 yen
I tasted Haramo wine at the first time in a long time.
It is a blend of 56% Black Queen, 25% Merlot, and 12% Yama-Sauvignon from Yamanashi Prefecture.
I felt red fresh fruits, pleasant acid and tannin and smooth mouthfeel.
The pure and elegant taste and the rustic feeling unique to red from Yamanashi created an exquisite balance.
As expected, Haramo Wine.
It was perfect for today’s sautéed fillet and apple.
