Today’s dishes are excellent.
1st Alto Lima Vinho Verde 2021 1,300 yen
To match the color of bonito and Tarraco, I opened the Portuguese rose.
I felt fine shot, red berry fruit, subtle sweetness and moderate acidity.
I also felt very clean mouthfeel without miscellaneous taste.
Vinho Verde comes in many different styles, but this one is delicious.
As I expected, it was perfect for Asian tastes.
2nd Audacia Merlot Can, NV
Following yesterday, it is South Africa’s sulfite-free wine.
It’s been a long time since I’ve had a can of wine.
I felt fresh fruitiness, dense mellow astringency and firm acidity.
This was also a pure wine that felt the taste of the fruit itself.
This can of wine is also available.
I think it’s a very good wine.
