I received a shorthorn cow as a birthday present.
It was lean meat with little fat and was very delicious.
1st Takeda Winery Blanc 2022 1980 yen
It is a wine made from 55% Delaware from Yamagata and 45% Muscat Bailey A.
There is a description of white wine, but it has a faint pink color derived from the peel of Bailey A.
The firm fruit flavor and vigorous acid are impressive.
I have been drinking this wine a lot lately.
The more you drink, the better the wine.
2nd bottle Joostenberg Mayberg Bros. Little J 2021 1,850 yen
It is made from 41% Syrah, 39% Cinsault, 15% Merlot and 5% Grenache fermented with wild yeast grown in the estate vineyards in the Paarl region of South Africa.
75% of the grapes are macerated in the whole brunch.
Organic, wild yeast, and whole brunch have an impressive fluffy and gentle mouthfeel.
While having a solid skeleton, the taste is infinitely elegant.
It was perfect for today’s steak.
