Suddenly, I wanted to eat Tarako spaghetti, so I made it for the first time in a long time. It was very delicious.
1st Takeda Winery White 2022 1,980 yen
I bought this one at the winery last month.
It is a blend of 55% Delaware from Yamagata and 45% Muscat Bailey A.
Although the name is white, it is the color of Bailey A’s peel and is a faint rosé colored wine.
The firm and strong acid was impressive.
The pure and transparent fruit flavor is a characteristic unique to Takeda Winery.

2nd Oriol Rossell Xino Xano Merlot Syrah 2020 1,300 yen
It is an organic wine from Penedes, Spain.
It is a blend of Merlot and Syrah grown in the estate vineyard.
I felt very ripe grapes with a sweet taste.
The pure red fruit flavor is impressive.
