1st Al et Dile Pinot Grigio 2019  1650 yen

It is a sustainable wine made from 100% Pinot Grigio from Veneto, Italy.

The minerality is as good as the thick fruit of the pulp.

It is a full-bodied white wine, but the refreshing acid makes it not sticky at all.

It went well with sashimi and salad, as well as Wagyu beef steak.

 

 

2nd Al et Dile Pinot Nero 2018  1650 yen

Since it is a steak, I still want to drink red wine.

It is a sustainable wine made from 100% Pinot Noir from Veneto.

It has a popping red fruit flavor, beautiful acid, mellow astringency, and a smooth mouthfeel.

I didn’t add ice, but chilled it well in the refrigerator before drinking.

It went really well with the steak.
