The azaleas near my home are in full bloom.
In the night, they looks just bit hideous.
Because it was a very cold day, I changed my cooking plan and cooked Kimuchi-nabe.
Nabe is very good for a cold day.
1st Oriol Rossell Xino-Xano Xarel-lo Muscat 2021 1350 yen
It is made from Xarel-lo and Muscat grown in the estate vineyard in Penedes by organic method.
I like the outstandingly clean fruits, pure citrus and good minerals.
The style is perfectly my favorite one.

2nd Marquis de Beau Rond Cabernet Sauvignon 2021 930 yen
It is difficult to choose a red wine for Kimuchi-Nabe.
Then I chose this standard wine of mine.
It is a perfect wine for me, for the balance of fruits, acidity, tannin and mouthfeel.
It always make a good marriage for every dish.
It is a kind of magic!
