Roast Lamb by Hotel Okura
I took out this lamb from Hotel Okura yesterday.
Very good!
1st Palazzi Durello Brut NV 1100 yen
It is made from 100% Durello, a local grape variety, grown in Veneto.
I felt elegant babble, mild acidity and charming fruits.
The mouthfeel was very soft and easy.
It is a nice sparkling wine!
2nd Marquis de Beau Rond Chardonnay 2021 930 yen
I opened this one to cook the spaghetti today.
Then I tasted it.
Even though roast lamb, this white wine was good for the meat dish.
Because MBR Chardonnay has very rich and pure fruits, it shows good marriage for every dish.
Very good!
