I cooked dinner, Tamaki-Sushi.

1st Yamazaki Winery Kerner 2020
It is made from 100% Kerner growing in the estate vineyard in Mikasa Hokkaido.
Contrasted with Yamazaki Bacchus I tasted the day before yesterday, this one was a very sharp and dry style.
I felt very strong citrus and clear minerals.
It amazed me.
The very pure taste was very good for temaki-sushi today.
2nd Kobe Reserva Cabernet Sauvignon Clairet 2021 3200 yen
This rose wine is made from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon grown in the estate vineyard in Kobe.
Contrasted with the first wine today, it was a very soft and mild wine.
I felt good fruits, delicate acidity and nice mouthfeel.
I was impressed in the typical flavor of good Cabernet Sauvignon.
I am sure again that it is a very fine clairet.
