I went to Yokohama in the evening and had a Soba-Kaiseki dinner at Sobo in NEWoMan Yokohama.
I didn’t expected the dinner so much.
However, It was a great dinner.
Every dish was outstandingly nice.
At first, I tasted a glass of sparkling wine.
Then I found Yamazaki Winery Bacchus 2019 on the wine list there.
It is my favorite wine made from 100% Bacchus grown in Mikasa Hokkaido.
The pure and charming taste and flavor was very good for the soba dinner today.
I enjoyed the dinner tonight very, very much.
The charge was very reasonable.
I will come here again!
