It is the first fine day since the cherry blossoms in full bloom.
I took a walk along Aso river.
I enjoyed watching a lot of cherry blossoms no different from the past years.
I had a nice sushi lunch in Shin-Yurigaoka.
Then I cooked dinner.

I bought this one at Wine Shop Todaya in Itabashi.
It is made from 100% Feteasca Regala grown in Romania by organic method.
Feteasca Regala is a local grape variety in Romania.
I didn’t know this variety and I tasted it at the first time.
Oh! it’s so delicious!
I felt very pure fruits, beautiful acidity and comfortable minerals.
The mouth feel was very elegant.
I found some unique flavor.
You have such fine white wine in Romania, don’t you?

2nd Cescon Raboso del Veneto NV 1150 yen
I chose this one for Pork & Apple sauté today.
Raboso is a local grape variety in North Italy.
It is one of the longest seller Relax Wines.
I have imported this one since 1998.
I felt pure red fruits, charming acidity, light tannin and fine minerals.
This red wine is always very tasty!
