都内某所でワイン会。
メインはスーパーウルトラ入手困難な北海道のピノ・ノワールの飲み比べ。
MARO Wines ピノ・ノワール ブラン・ド・ノワール 2022
元NIKI HILLSのワインメーカー麿さんの、独立後ファーストリリースとなるロゼ、素晴らしいバランス。超ピュア！凄まじく美味しい！
ドメーヌ タカヒコ ナナツモリ ピノ・ノワール 2019
タカヒコ飲むの久しぶり。2019年ヴィンテージは初めて飲みました。
最近のタカヒコには、凄みを感じます。
ド・モンティーユ＆北海道 ピノ・ノワール 驚 2019
モンティーユの2019年もボトルから飲むのは初めてです。（１０Rで樽から試飲してます。）
凄いです。タカヒコを鋭角にして、ミネラル感を加えたような感じ。
これ、やっぱり凄いや！
いったいどうやって手に入れたのでしょう？
その他、北海道のレアなワインを中心に合計6人で8本のワインを頂きました。
いや、貴重な、貴重な、貴重な経験をいたしました。

I participated in some wine tasting party.
The main event today was the comparing three super-rare Pinot Noir bottles made in Hokkaido.
Maro Wines Pinot Noir Blanc de Noir 2022
The first vintage of Mr. Maro’s new wine project.
It has super fine balance and outstanding pure taste.
Domaine Takahiko Nana-Tsu-Mori Pinot Noir 2019
It is an outstandingly popular Japan Pinot Noir.
A lot of wine lovers say, it is the best Pinot Noir in Japan very difficult to find.
I don’t have the words which I explain this one.
De Montille＆Hokkaido Pinot Noir Kyo 2019
This winery is owned by Domaine de Montille in Burgundy.
I tasted this one from the bottle at the first time.
I felt gorgeous berries, beautiful acidity and super fine minerals.
Amazing!
How could you get such the most difficult to buy?
All of the bottles were amazingly excellent.
Every member was moved a lot.
I thank you very much inviting such outstandingly excellent wine event!
