Because the main dish was Lasagne, I chose a Italy wine today.
It is made from 100% Pinot Grigio grown in Veneto by sustainable method.
I often taste this one at home.
I felt pure fruits, nice citrus and very fine minerals.
Alberto, who is the owner of winery and my friend, produces only very fine wine.
Tasty! Tasty!
2nd al & dile Pinot Nero 2018 1650 yen
The red wine is also “al & die”.
I felt fresh aroma, beautiful red berries, very fine acidity and nice minerals.
The taste and flavor were very cool and elegant.
It is a really good Pinot Noir.
It was very good for Lasagne tonight.
