I cooked dinner, Temaki-Sushi.
Very nice!
1st Chase the Grape Field Blend 2021 2800 yen
It is made from Koshu, Muscat Bailey-A and Chardonnay grown in Yamanashi.
Before the fermentation, all grapes were macerated in short time.
The color is getting darker than before.
I felt pure-rich fruits, elegant acidity and good minerals.
It is very nice, I think.
It was very good for Temaki-Sushi today.
2nd Kobe Reserva Chardonnay Non-Filteration 2021 3200 yen
It is made from 100% Chardonnay grown in Kobe.
It is fermented with the minimum additives and bottled without the filtration.
I felt elegant-pure fruits, fine citrus and complexed minerals.
The color was clouded but the taste was very clean.
I think this one is very nice.
It was very good for Temaki-Sushi, too.
