It is a semi-sweet type, which is a classic style of Japan Nouveau.
I felt a fresh grape flavor, nice acidity and charming fruits.
You can enjoy very nice grape taste.
2nd Kobe Wine Minori Red 2022 1400 yen
The red Nouveau is made from 100% Merlot grown in Kobe.
Japan red nouveau wines are usually made from Muscat Bailey-A.
I think it is difficult to find Merlot nouveau except Kobe Wine.
I felt fresh fruits and light tannin.
I can allow slight bitter because it is a baby wine.
You should enjoy Japan Nouveau, I think.
