Nov. 3
I participated in the wine event of Okagami Nouveau at Kuratei Winery in Kawasaki.
Kuratei Winery is a very small winery located near my home, only 15 minutes from my home on foot.
I am a supporter of the winery.
I helped the harvest of the winery in this year.
The nouveau is made from Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Bijou Noir grown in the estate vineyard in Okagami.
The nouveau was fermented by MC method without additives.
I felt natural fruits goodness a lot.
So tasty!
It is a special occasion that you taste the freshly produced wine at the winery.
There were event booths which sold bread, jam, foods.
I bought an accessory made from the lie of wine.
We received a lot of guests.
At one time, there was a long queue at the wine bar.
The main event was talk session by Mr. Yamada who is the owner of the winery, Professor Iwasaki from Meiji University agricultural department and Ms. Matsuo who is a wine professional.
The theme was City Agriculture.
It was a very interesting talk show.
We had many stuff of college students from Wako University and Meiji University near the winery.
The event got a big success with very good wether.
I enjoyed the event very much.
I took a photo with Mr. Yamada.
Thank you very much!
