The First Nabe in this Season

I cooked a Nabe at the first time in this season.

It was Kimuchi-Nabe.

 

 

Because I didn’t cook a Nabe for a long time, I forgot how to cook it at first.

 

Finally, I managed to cook it.

Taste was very nice!

 

 

1st Domaine Pech Pouille Chardonnay 2019 1500 yen

It is made from 100% Chardonnay grown in Languedoc by sustainable method.

I felt very pure fruits, beautiful acidity and good minerals.

I didn’t feel any bad flavor.

This Chardonnay received a Kimuchi-Nabe very well.

 

 

2nd Marquis de Beau Rond Merlot 2020 930 yen

It is always difficult to choose a wine for Kimuchi-Nabe.

The taste of Kimuchi-Nabe is hot and strong.

Then I chose this Merlot tonight.

Because this red wine has dark fruits flavor, it is good for a hot taste.

Well, it was very good for the nabe today.
