Sold about 450,000 bottles every year

Dec. 17

I cooked Yose-Nabe for the dinner today.

I cooked it very well.

Unfortunately, it was a No Wine day today.

Dec. 18

I cooked Zosui Risotto for lunch using the Yose-Nabe soup leftover yesterday.

Very good!

Then I cooked Temaki-Sushi for dinner.

It was so delicious!

1st La Croix Gratiot Picpoul de Pinet 2019  1580 yen

After wondering which bottle I should choose for Temaki-Sushi, I decided to open my most favorite white wine.

It was the third time I had tasted this one in this month.

This Languedoc white wine is very popular as a better partner with oyster.

Also, it is a very, very good for sushi.

I love La Croix Gratiot Picpoul de Pinet!

2nd Marquis de Beau Rond Cabernet Sauvignon 2019  870 yen

Probably, I haven’t chosen Marquis de Beau Rond for Temaki-Sushi ever.

Because Temaki-Sushi is a special dinner, I always choose some kind of premium wine.

Actually, this one is very good for Temaki-Sushi, too.

I was sure again it had an outstandingly high cost-performance.

You will understand why Marquis de Beau Rond is sold about 450,000 bottles every year if you try this one.
