I received live snow crabs from Kinosaki.
I steamed them.
The snow crabs were steamed well.
I cooked them.
I moved a lot by the miracle taste.
Then I took a soup from the crab shell and cooked a risotto.
This is a miracle!
1st Marusan Wine Miwakubo Chardonnay 2020 2200 yen
I chose this one for the snow crab.
It is made from 100% Chardonnay grown in the estate vineyards in Katsunuma Yamanashi.
I got a big success.
What a delicious Chardonnay is this!
The taste was pure, pure, pure and pure.
I caught a lot of fruits shower.
As I went mad to snow crab, I forgot to taste wine.
When I returned to wine, I went into the dream world.
It is the best delicious dinner in this year.
I was so happy indeed!
2nd Marusan Wine Merlot & Petit Verdot 2019 2200 yen
Allow me that I go to the second bottle today.
It is made from Merlot and Petit Verdot grown in the estate vineyards in Katsunuma.
The taste was very mild and elegant.
The winery want to value the delicate grape character.
I felt fruits, fruits, fruits and fruits.
I felt as if I went into a fruits basket.
It was very good for the crab risotto I cooked.
Ah, this feels like heaven…
